It is best that you clean this with a small pin and pull away all the dusts inside the phone pieces. After unclogging the phone pieces, get a cloth and spray that with a disinfecting chemical that contains alcohol or ammonium chloride. Wipe the entire phone handset including the mouthpiece and earpiece. You should also disinfect your telephone dial pad as dirt and germs can also be residing on the pad. You can get an alcohol swab soaked in an alcohol and then rub and clean the entire phone pad with it.
