It's quite hard to maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom when there are many people in the house. But when you have a system, you would be able to do it a bit more easily. For instance, if there is more than one family in the house you can either install urinal to accommodate the men. This would make the seat of the toilet bowl less dirty all the time.
 
Of course, it would help if you can get everyone to flush and clean any dirty spot they observe after using the bathroom. Even collecting hair and cleaning bathroom walls from soap suds would be a great help. You should also consciously observe for any dirty spots every time you use the bathroom and clean as much as you can before you go out. Take note that the sooner you clean any dirt the easier it would be to get rid of. To be able to do this, have at least the basic tools and cleaning products in the bathroom for everyone to access.
 
You can also schedule a time for deeper cleaning. But if you do the suggestion above you won't have to do it daily. It won't even take you long to finish. Just check for visible stains and tackle the dirt on the bowl and the toilet seat. Then check the sink, the counter and chrome as well. With a bottle of all-purpose window cleaner and a terry towel you will surely able to accomplish the task well.
