Homemade Cleaning Methods and Products

You may not know it but you can make your own cleaning products from your bits and pieces in your kitchen. Some of them can serve you in a variety of ways. Maximise their uses. Here are some of the cleaning methods that you may try at home.
1. Using white vinegar
White vinegar can do multi tasks, only if you know how to prepare it. Here are some of the wonders that it can do for you:
Floor cleaner
First, sweep the floor to get rid of dusts and dirt. Pour white vinegar over a bucket of clean water. Put mop or rug inside the bucket to absorb the solution. Apply on the floor. This is an effective solution to erase soap foam marks and remove mildew in your hardwood floor.
Fabric softener
Vinegar is also a smart fabric softener. As you are about to rinse your clothes pour a half cup of white vinegar in the water. Experience the result of it.
Toilet bowl cleaner
Sometimes water inside the toilet bowl creates a yellowish trace which we do
not like to work on. White vinegar will do the job for you. Pour the vinegar in the bowl and let it stay for overnight. Flush it on the next day, and the waterline have already vanished.
2. Using borax
Deodoriser and Disinfectant
Borax is an effective disinfectant. Aside from that it can also deodorise storage boxes and smelly dust bins. Sprinkle borax into it. Rinse then let dry. Smell the difference.
