Critical Checklist To Save Time On House Cleaning

Most homeowners find that cleaning their homes can be a daunting task. Most people get time only once or twice a week to indulge in a thorough home cleaning. If the clutter in the home has accumulated or if you have too much cleaning than what you can handle, here are some things to keep in mind before you start.   Bathroom cleaning   Make sure to disinfect and clean all the parts of the bathroom such as sinks, shower stalls, tubs, tiles, toilet tanks and the like. Make sure to change all liners of garbage cans, towels and wipe down mirrors and the vanity area. Always ensure to sweep and then scrub and mop the floor area of the bathroom. You must also clean off the dust from the baseboards.   Kitchen cleaning   You should wipe off all the cabinets, countertops and backsplashes of the kitchen area. Make sure you disinfect and scrub the sink area and clean all outer areas of appliances inside the kitchen. Ensure that trashcans are regularly emptied and the trash liners are replaced on a regular basis. You must also wash the dishes regularly and scrub as well as mop kitchen floor areas, as they tend to get dirty fast. Ensure that all clutter and excess paper lying around the kitchen is cleared.   Family room cleaning   All surface areas and tables should be cleaned from dust and grime. Make sure to dust all framed objects and picture frames. Ensure that all sofa pillows are fluffed up and that floors are vacuumed on a regular basis.   Bedroom cleaning   The linens on the bed should be changed and the bed should be made regularly. All picture frames and surfaces areas should be dusted to keep grime and dust at bay. Make sure to remove stains from the walls and switches of lights. Ensure that you empty the laundry basket and remove any clothing or clutter on floor areas. Make sure to remove trash and replace the trashcan with fresh liner. Clean the mirrors in the bedroom and make sure to dust all lampshades as well as window sills.   Depending on how much cleaning time you have at hand as well as how many chores are needed, you can add on more or reduce tasks as per your convenience.
