Cleaning Tips for Asthma and Allergic Patients
Published on Monday, 17 August 2009

Asthma and allergic patients don't need to suffer from the deadly effect of allergens if their houses are clean. However, the issue is not simply making your house clean but making it suitable to live in, especially to every asthma and allergen sufferer.

Make your house suitable and free from allergens by constantly cleaning and having proper ventilation. If clean and fresh air circulates in the house, then the patients are safe. And to make your family members suffering from asthma and allergic reactions protected at all times clean and vacuum regularly.

Your vacuum should have a very good filter. Whenever you vacuum your mattresses, pillows, floors, upholstery, door screens, and other furniture inside the house you are removing the possible risk of asthma attack to asthmatic and allergic family members.

Every corner of the house should be cleaned and vacuumed but allot most of your cleaning time, sanitizing the upholstery and rugs that usually house dusts and pollens.

Finally, don't forget about your carpet which is another major part of the house that should be cleaned followed by the furnace, the blinds, the windows, the doors, and the floors. Though vacuuming each appliance takes time, it is the most effective means of cleaning your entire house, thousand times effective than regular dusting.
