They could be dangerous to family members who have allergies and asthma because they are allergens that could trigger these diseases. Here are some simple tips that could actually reduce these allergens in your home: You can reduce these allergens by simply changing your bedding and other pillow or cushion cases regularly. A weekly basis of changing bedding can reduce the allergens in your home. Used bedding and other cushion cases can be washed in hot water and dry them thoroughly. You can iron them first before putting them back or folding them properly before placing them in your closet. It is also advisable to vacuum your mattresses, rugs, carpets, and cushions regularly. This will keep dust mite from multiplying. Make sure to replace your vacuum filters regularly. If you have a family member with allergies or asthma, it is best to buy a vacuum with filter and bags. It will be easier to remove allergens by just changing the vacuum bags and filter every after use. When changing your vacuum bag and filter, make sure to change this outside your house to avoid spreading the allergens back inside your house. Wear a mask when cleaning your vacuum filters. These are some of the simple tips that you can do in order to reduce allergens inside your home. Following these tips could make your home safe from dust mites and other small creatures that could be dangerous in your family's health.
